The Veolia Mulwaree Trust has recently made a donation to support the work of the St Saviours Patchwork Group. The group meets once a month to create homemade quilts and gives one to each child who attened the Anglicare Crisis Care facilty. “Each child then has at least one item, made especially, named with a label to say who made it and for whom it was made,” Past Treasurer Fay Longstaff explained. To date the group has donated 100 quilts. Trustees Cr Carol James and John Reynolds met with the group today to admire some of their beautiful quilts.
