The Oberon Hospital Exercise Group are very thankful to the Trust for the grant of $3,000 to purchase a commercial rehabilitation exercise bike. Committee member Mike O’Brien said that the bike is very beneficial to the senior members of the group, as it offers gentle exercise as well as a comfortable support seat. He said it allows users to ‘step through’ to sit on the bike instead of having to swing a leg over or climb up on to the bike.
