Slice of Life Australia (SOLA) located in Nowra continually strives to improve the lives of people with disabilities by providing employment and training in hospitality and catering. SOLA has utilised its community donation of $1000 from the Veolia Mulwaree Trust toward the upgrade of basic kitchen equipment and for barista training for their employees.  “Your donation assists greatly in our training process allowing people with disabilities to become more independent and confident,” said Director Karen Anstiss.  Pictured left are Bec and Amy-Louise preparing a tasty dish in the SOLA kitchen.
