Closing Date for Applications

The next meeting of the Trust will be held in May 2010. The closing date for applications to be considered at this meeting is 12 noon on Monday May 3, 2010. Applications received after this closing date will be referred to the Trust’s next meeting.

Special note for projects proposed on Council property:

Applications for projects proposed on any Council-owned property (eg sporting field, community hall etc) must be accompanied by a Council Authorisation Form from the Council in which the project is located. The form is available for download here.

Reporting during the project

Your organisation may be required to provide a progress report during the project. To download a progress report form to assist in reporting click here

At the completion of the project

A report is to be returned to the Veolia Mulwaree Trust along with a statement of project expenditure. The following form may be used to assist in this purpose. To download the project report and grant acquittal form click here.
