Guidelines and Application Forms

All prospective applicants to the Veolia Mulwaree Trust should read the guidelines carefully before filling in the application form. 

Funding limits apply to certain applicant groups, including Rural Fire Brigades, CWA Branches and Churches. Prospective applicants from these groups should contact the Veolia Mulwaree Trust office prior to submitting their applications.

Grant Applications – For projects over $1000

Statement by a Supplier Form

Applicant organisations which do not have an ABN must provide a signed Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Statement by a Supplier form which can be downloaded here or from the ATO website.
