2012 Academic Scholarships

Please note: Applications for all 2012 Veolia Mulwaree Trust Scholarships have now closed.

The Veolia Mulwaree Trust will provide direct financial support for students from throughout the region by funding ten tertiary education scholarships valued at up to $3000 each for 2012.

The Trust established scholarship programs in 2011 with the University of Canberra, Charles Sturt University, University of Wollongong and the Illawarra Institute of TAFE.

The 2012 scholarships will be available to students from the any one of the seven Local Government Areas (LGA) serviced by the Veolia Mulwaree Trust, including the Goulburn Mulwaree Council, Palerang Council, Shoalhaven City Council, Oberon Council, Wingecarribee Shire Council, Upper Lachlan Shire Council, and Wollondilly Shire Council areas.

Two $3000 scholarships will be available to students studying at the University of Canberra, University of Wollongong and Charles Sturt University. Four scholarships valued at $1500 each will be provided to students studying through TAFE NSW – Illawarra Institute.  

All applications and scholarship selections will be undertaken by the educational institutions directly.  Please see your university/TAFE website for forms and more information.
